Sunny Retreat is the apartment behind La Villa. We finished building it in December 2025, so everything in it is new.
The king bedroom has blackout curtains, and it's quiet back here. The second bedroom has a full sleeper sofa for kids or a friend. You get your own entrance, a private patio and your own parking.
Sequim sits in the rain shadow of the Olympics, the driest pocket on the wet side of Washington. The lavender farms are in bloom in summer, Olympic National Park is thirty minutes south, and Dungeness Spit is a short drive north.
