La Villa is the main house on our lot, a single-story home a short walk from downtown Sequim's shops and restaurants.
It has two real bedrooms and two full baths. The king bedroom has its own bathroom, and the queen room sits steps from the second. A queen sleeper in the living room takes the overflow.
The backyard is fenced and private, and it gets the sun most of the year. The entry is step-free, there's central heat and air, and the driveway fits two cars.
